Meet Dr. Robert Houser - Plastic Surgeon

Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery of Columbus, Inc: About Us

Dr. Robert S. Houser

Dr. Robert HouserDr. Houser is a native of central Ohio, raised just north of Columbus.  He was fortunate to be exposed to the plastic surgery field early in his youth and carries on his father’s passion for providing quality cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  He attended The Ohio State University for his bachelor’s degree, Ohio University for medical school, and was accepted into the plastic surgery program at Ohio State where he served as Chief Resident in his final year.

Dr. Houser is a board certified Plastic Surgeon and specializes in facial, breast, body and reconstructive surgery.  He enjoys rebuilding a woman’s body after pregnancy and allowing a patient to recognize their youthful face in the mirror.  He also specializes in robotic hair restoration that help give men back their confidence and swagger.  He stays current with the latest technologies but knows that the history of his specialty still has a place in medicine today.

Dr. Houser has been in pracitce since 2003 and loves plastic surgery because “my patients are willing to work as hard as I am to achieve their goals.”  He treats every patient like family and would not recommend a procedure if he wouldn’t perform it on one of his own.  Dr. Houser is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Houser is proud to be a Member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Only about one-third of ABPS Board Certified plastic surgeons are elected to this prestigious organization.
