Dr. Robert S. Houser of Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery of Columbus, Ohio Inc, is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS Board Certified Plastic Surgeon) and a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Houser is proud to be a Member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Only about one-third of ABPS Board Certified plastic surgeons are elected to this prestigious organization.
Before and After photos are available to be viewed and discussed during office consultations with Dr. Houser. Out of concern for patient privacy, Dr. Houser does not publish patient photos on the internet. Dr. Houser would be happy to show you before & after photos, in the security of our office.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We can be reached directly during this time. After hours, our answering service will take your information and we will return your call.
It is customary for plastic surgery practices to charge a fee for consultations. Our fee is $120. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your surgery should you decide to have surgery within 6 months.
Consultations usually last about one hour. Consultations with Dr. Houser are on Wednesdays (all day) and on Friday mornings.

Our office accepts all major credit cards and personal checks. We also accept financing through Care Credit. We do not provide in-house financing.
The CareCredit plans which we accept include 3, 6, and 12 month plans which are same as cash. No interest is charged if you pay in full, on time. If not paid in full on time, 24% interest is charged on the entire (original) dollar amount. *(on purchases of $1000 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within the agreed upon months or if you make a late payment. Minimum Monthly Payments Required)
We also accept CareCredit plans for 24, 36, and 48 months (balance must be $1000 or more) at 14.90%. Borrowers must make minimum set monthly payments.

All fees for surgery are due in full, two weeks prior to your surgery date.
Our practice is located in Westerville, Ohio, a pleasant suburb on the north side of Columbus. The office is in the Medical Office Building attached to the rear of St. Ann’s Hospital.
Ample patient parking is provided in the lot beside the entrance to the 495 Medical Office Building. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the building, as well.
